1. What is your character's name and journal? Galadriel inafadingcrown 2. Is it okay for Conan to deduct something about your character's history? Is there anything you don't want him to figure out? Sure, anything he can deduce is fine. 3. What is your character's physical appearance? Please include clothing style, hair color, calluses, scars, and anything else that might be visible. Oddest things first: She’s about 6’4” and has pointed (but normal sized) ears. That out of the way, she’s perfectly human looking. No visible scars-actually, her skin is probably ridiculously smooth and pale, given her station. She’s rather renowned in-universe for her beauty, especially in terms of her hair, which is golden “shot with strands of silver” and goes down to about her waist. Her eyes are never talked about in the books, so I’m assuming they are blue, as per the movies, but regardless, they are very intense. She dresses pretty much exclusively in flowing white gowns (what can she say? She likes symbolism) and sometimes will be wearing a circlet. (http://images.wikia.com/lotr/images/b/b6/Galadriel04.jpg) She also wears a plain gold band on the index finger of her right hand-the Elvish version of a wedding ring. 4. Does your character have any odd tics or habits? Not particularly. 5. Does your character have an accent?Voice of Awesome. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3s5KGRp_OY) It's described in LOTR as "clear and musical, but deeper than woman's wont." 6. Does your character have any hobbies that might leave clues on your character's appearance? For example a character who spent lot of time writing or drawing might have ink stains on their hands or clothes. Or a character who played a lot of a certain sport might have calluses. She plays the harp-I don’t know if that would leave calluses or not. She has fought with swords and bows, but that was thousands of years ago and not very frequently, so I can’t imagine that left many marks. 7. Is there anything else about your character that Conan might be able to deduct? If the clothing isn’t enough already, her general mannerisms and the way she carries herself should make it pretty clear that she’s royalty/nobility. She’s pretty serene most of the time, but the more perceptive may be able to sense a bit of melancholy about her. If he talks to her for long enough he will notice that there are certain topics that she will never discuss directly or in great detail. She will dance around certain aspects of the Undying Lands (and how her people left there) and she will never speak of what her loss actually is, other than to say that it is an item of great power. And when talking about her family, she talks a lot more about her grandchildren than her daughter.
