Frodo's been traveling, he's obviously not a man (Hobbit aww yea), he's guarding something closely, he's cautious and careful. Pretty much yeah anything goes. 4. His clothing is more for travel than everyday use, Frodo is SHORT ( Like three four feet short), he has HUGE feet, he was stabbed with a creepy ass sword and it left him a nasty scar on his shoulder, ect.
