Is there a police officer anywhere? At school they said I should find one if I got lost.  And I can't find Ran-neechan anywhere!

That they did. No one knows why we are here, some believe that it is to fix the city and to repopulate it. There used to be a couple of them that would go out and talk to us and show themselves to us. But those that did disappeared a long time ago.
