Conan is a deduction genius and incredibly observant. Like Sherlock Holmes, he can take a single look at someone and figure out their occupation, home, where they had traveled recently, where they went for lunch that day, and hobbies. All from tiny clues in their appearance and clothing.
So to help figure out this ability, please answer the following questions for your characters.

3. He can figure out anything really. Frodo's been traveling, he's obviously not a man (Hobbit aww yea), he's guarding something closely, he's cautious and careful. Pretty much yeah anything goes.
4. His clothing is more for travel than everyday use, Frodo is SHORT ( Like three four feet short), he has HUGE feet, he was stabbed with a creepy ass sword and it left him a nasty scar on his shoulder, ect.

2. Sure! Though whether or not he'll 'fess up to it is another story...
3. At first glance, Dave just looks like a normal teenager-- but Conan might be able to tell that Dave doesn't really like having other people see his eyes. He might also be able to tell that Dave has a lot of self-control and a weird sort of self-discipline...? Oh, and he'd probably be able to tell that Dave turntables and is also pretty handy with a sword.
4. Dave is always wearing shades. Always. He's never seen without his ironic eyewear, which might tip Conan off to the fact that Dave doesn't like having his eyes be seen! As for the self-control, it'll mostly be from observing Dave's posture and the way he talks, and his reactions to things. And finally, Dave has calluses and marks on his hands that'll be distinct to people who handle swords and turntables and stuff.

3. She's super intelligent, a medic working to be a doctor, something of a child prodigy,....and is totally trying to hide the fact that she assisted a convict in escaping.
4. She's short for her age but still pretty young and is somewhat sensitive about this. She usually wears a military vest with the word "RESCUE" across the back on top of a red cross. And she has the Billy Coen's (the convict she helped) dog tags hanging around her neck all the time "for safe keeping".

3. That Seifer's some kind of soldier (or mercenary even wouldn't be out of place for Conan to guess I think since Seifer shows soldier discipline, but not a soldier attitude). I can't think of anything else that's obvious from looking at him, but if Conan notices anything feel free to jump on it, I don't mind at all.
4. Seifer carries himself like a fighter and with a relaxed discipline, he also wears protective black leather gloves you might see on a modern soldier. And he's got a big slash scar right across the bridge of his nose between his eyes.

3. That Weiss is a fighter of some sort. Also Weiss is really open about stuff so if Conan listens or talks to him he'll probably pick up that Weiss was part of an experiment by some scientists back home.
4. Weiss is buff (he doesn't believe in shirts so his fighting muscles are pretty obvious), carries himself like a fighter, has the indents and rough patches on his hands from long years of using dual-katanas, everything about him sort of screams super confident. From his behavior it'd probably be really easy to deduce he's a crazy weirdo who's used to a "survival of the strongest" type of environment. Just things he'll say and how quick he can be to violence.

Um, some clarifications. What kinds of weapons does Seifer use? In the past, Conan has shown the ability to tell what kind of weapon a person uses from the pattern of calluses on their hands and the way they stand.

3. Honlon is really three sisters in one body; the mature and charming Shuko, the angry little punk Kanan, and the crybaby Junrei. The three of them switch back and forth wildly and with very little subtlety, though Shuko usually makes a halfhearted attempt to act normal on their behalf. It never works. Seriously, you don't have to be any kind of genius to figure this one out. They argue with each other all the time, it's ridiculous.
Oh yeah she's also a three-headed dragon. 8D Currently stuck in human form while her chip is in.
4. Clothing: Dresses like a Chinese princess, with a very fancy/frilly silk gown and a flowered crown. Physical appearance: Has webbed fin-like ears, claw-like nails, and cute little fangs. She's obviously very pampered and well taken care of. 3. She's a robot! A ridiculously human robot who eats and sleeps and dreams and has feeeeelings and is basically indistinguishable from a human except that...she isn't one. This is absolutely not a secret to her. She kind of expects people to know and isn't fully used to people not recognizing her for what she is. Other than that, she's fairly normal, just a very organized, efficient person...who lived on a giant plane that was unable to land for the last several decades. Yeah, she hasn't been on solid ground in over fifty years. She's very happy to be here. She goes swimming every single day. She's in love with the earth, okay, don't judge.
4. Her skin(?) is self-healing which is like the only robot-y thing she can do. She never has any cuts or injuries; if she hurts herself, any marks will be gone in a few hours (this is more for when she gets her chip out; right now I assume it takes a day or two to heal.) Essentially, her skin is always unmarked and flawless even though she's used to working with her hands.

2. Go for it! Just for heads up, Hinamizawa is a fictional town in Japan based on Shirakawa, Gifu, a World Heritage Site.
3. She's independent; either prefers to help or take care of ppl who she thinks they can't take care of themselves. A brat, really she likes the attention.
4. Her hands; can tell either she's been working with ropes, hammers and nails, etc. Mostly from trap making. She doesn't have scars but I would say she may have hint of injuries from her abuse back home. Clothing? Well... she's from 1983. She has a pouch belt on the back where she stores her fireworks and pepper bombs.

3. A very quiet girl that doesn't social much. Kirika is sweet and fragile. She's also a well trained assassin. She also knows various languages. She's spent her life in France even though her name sounds Japanese. When she doesn't want to talk about something, its the silent treatment.
4. Clothes, nothing much sadly. No scars, but if he ever shakes her hand, he can tell she handle guns or something. Pretty flexible.

3. There is very little going on in Gamzee's mind. He is the troll's equivalent of a Juggalo.
4. You're pretty much getting what you pay for with this guy. Which is nothing. He's got a bit of a clownish getup and a nondescript black T-shirt with the Capricorn astrological symbol in it. The symbol is purple.
Extra stuff: It'd be unlikely to determine from a single troll these things but if Conan observed multiple trolls he may be able to deduce the blood-based hierarchy that coincidentally corresponds with the visible light spectrum (Red being the lowest, with Violet being royalty.)

3. a) Marco is a (blue) phoenix (not COMPLETELY hidden, but not something he actually directly flaunts either) b) Marco's a lot more protective of Ace/his "family" because he lost him in his own time/world. c) Marco has a lot of vengeance issues. d) Marco can fly and at least acts/seems even older than he is. 4. Tattoo on his chest is a symbol of the Whitebeard pirates (Marco & Ace's "Pops") and he carries a lot of pride about it, refusing to cover it up, ever. He has a verbal tic of "eh" but this isn't a specific nationality (since he's from another world) -- Conan can think whatever about it. And he dresses mostly like a pirate. A really really flamboyant one. Purple shirt, bright blue sash (matches his feathers), 3/4th pants/shorts, an anklet (that has debatable meaning for canon so please don't ask him about it until I can say for sure) and he even wears sandals when it's cold generally. Conan could probably figure out the sandals are because of the phoenix thing (his legs change to talons in hybrid mode, so he needs them to be unconstrained.)

3. She's a soldier but not a rank-and-file / foot soldier, she's trained in fighting, she's a noble, and she observes far more than interacts. She also has a lack of interest in Things In General that's not natural.

2. Sure, but there isn't much to deduct and mun-herself doesn't know much.
3. That Nai is part human and part animal. Or at least not a normal child.
4. He acts much more young than his appearance (11-12). He doesn't really know much about anything obvious. He does say he used to live in the woods, and has extremely good sense of hearing. Nai doesn't hide any of the stuff, if you ask he'll say. But I doubt he understands it too well himself.

I'm not sure if that's the correct term to describe Watanuki, but I suppose a wizard. His past in general. He likes to talk in roundabout ways. (He learned well)
4. He knows a bunch of stuff. A bunch of supernatural stuff, mostly Asian, but some Western as well. He's mature for his appearance (17~18) and it's really hard to grasp anything about him. However, he isn't the best with technology since he's been secluding for 100+ years.

3. Tsundere. She likes to act hard and cold towards some people but she always cares about them. She likes cute things with an undying, burning passion. She's scared of being alone. She's cynical...very cynical. She's bitter towards love. She's very curious. She's a bit frantic when it comes to family, trying desperately to keep any semblance of one she has here.
4. British accent. She speaks a bit more formal than others but can be very blunt and crude depending on who she's talking to/what is being talked about. She dresses in blue, always dresses, always down to her knees. She has a few injuries because she started working a bit in Discedo but is unaccustomed to it.

3. Well, she's just a regular 14 year old girl for the most part. She has a bit of an identity issue, still trying to figure out what exactly is her personality. She seems to be talking to imaginary friends sometimes but...it's hard to tell because sometimes it seems as if there's really something there. Idk when, but when she gets her chip out. He'll see that she's a magical girl 8D
4. She's very trendy and dresses in very punk style clothing. She usually has to alter any clothing she finds in the stores here. PINK HAIR?! Whenever she gets her chip out, when she's not transforming, sometimes her clip in her hair will change shape and her personality will change somewhat as well.

3. She is an assassin. Kirika can handle almost any weapons (or use any items as weapons) for kills or self defense. She has a good awareness without being obvious. Very flexible and quick reflexes for such as dodging bullets. Top it all off, she has amnesia. She knows how to kill but has no remorse.
I want to say... She looks Japanese but can speak fluent French, she can speak other various languages. Right handed.
4. A light bullet scar on the left hip side. She has carried guns on both hands so I don't know bout roughness. On her back hip, she carries her gun just above her skirt, least most of the time. When she is aware, her gun would be in her jacket's pockets like she's keeping her hands warm.
