Someone told me that scientists brought us here. Why did they do that? Has anyone ever seen them?

It does, but he is no phantom thief if he can be seen so easily.

That they did. No one knows why we are here, some believe that it is to fix the city and to repopulate it. There used to be a couple of them that would go out and talk to us and show themselves to us. But those that did disappeared a long time ago.
